Lyn made our first home purchase a breeze--not to mention she soothed our nerves and made it an easy and wonderful experience. She was able to walk us through finances and advise us on which things are good investments. We were happy to recommend her to some work colleagues who had a wonderful experience as well. Lyn marketed and sold our West St Paul home last July. Her advice on how to stage our home and advice on small changes to make really made the difference in selling our home for a good price. She also helped us buy our home in Woodbury. Without Lyn's help, we would not have been able to get this home, which is perfect for us. She even helped us with a contractor who did a spectacular job updating our two bathrooms. Lyn really understood what we were looking for and worked diligently on our behalf.
